Lever Kanker

Sorry but I am English with only a little Nederlands taal.We live in Zuid Holland. My man has lever kanker and there is no treatment for him other than pain relief, I need advice on morphine sulfate and it\'s side effects ...he has been taking this for a week now and is disorientated and confused , sleeping most of the time , lack of appetite and involuntary spasms in his arms...but also I need to talk to someone about lever kanker, In England they have McMillan nurses to advise and care for patients who are in the last stages of Kanker is there a system like that here in Holland? my apologies for my lack of the taal but if anyone can help point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.
